The motor rally and racing are often considered as purely a technological competition, and the “human” factor in the race is often not fully appreciated.
The performance of drivers depends on their multidisciplinary medical support during a race Drivers are under a lot of physical and psychological stress during the race. They need to be both physically and mentally strong, and to use all sport science disciplines to maximize their performance as well as a balanced food program as a sportsman.

An integrated training system incorporates performance training, nutrition, and physical therapy to meet the demands and rigors of a long motorsport season. Combining strength, stability, endurance, and flexibility along with proper nutrition and recovery strategies is essential to being at your best behind the wheel.

All training programs are customized to meet individual goals and are based off of pre-training assessments, including  nutrition consultation, physical therapy, and cardiovascular evaluations.
